CIP(Cold Isostatic Pressing): 3000Mpa isostatic press can effectively eliminate the generation of pressing defects and provide a good guarantee for getting blanks with uniform pressing density.
SHIP(Sintering and Hot Isostatic Pressing) Low Pressure Sintering: The maximum sintering pressure can reach 100kg force, which can effectively eliminate the internal pores of the alloy to obtain high hardness and high strength alloy blanks with good densification. Advanced temperature control system can effectively reduce the possibility of quality fluctuation of cemented carbide plates.
Sub-zero Treatment: Effectively improve the microstructure of the alloy, so that the internal stress of the alloy can be effectively eliminated.
Analyzing and Testing: State-level testing center, which can carry out all kinds of performance testing. Adopting ultrasonic flaw detection means to ensure the stable quality of large products.
